L’Ancêtre fortifies its positioning in Canada

New look and new products for 2020

 

Bécancour, Quebec, January 28, 2020 – The President and CEO of Fromagerie L’Ancêtre, Pascal Désilets, is proud to announce the arrival of the new Cheese & Beer Fonduean organic product from L’Ancêtre on the Canadian market. The innovative product is part of the new visual signature recently implanted by the largest Canadian producer of organic cheeses and butters. The Cheese & Beer Fondue is made from 3 of L’Ancêtre’s organic cheeses, Swiss, plus Medium and Extra Old Cheddar – to which La Léonne organic beer is added, from the Microbrasserie Le Naufrageur in Gaspésie – this lactose-free fondue is ready to serve and represents a unique Canadian offering.
